Operations & Service Coordination

Nick oversees the operational, accommodation, and compliance side of Harmony Pathways.
With a background in property, community service management, and NDIS practice standards, Nick ensures our homes, systems, and support processes run smoothly and safely.

He coordinates respite/STA availability, manages participant onboarding, works with plan managers and allied health professionals, and ensures Harmony Pathways delivers services that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Nick focuses on the structure — so the team can focus on what matters most: supporting people.

Senior Support Worker

Cookie is the heart of Harmony Pathways.
With Over 25 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, she is known for her warm nature, empathy, and ability to make people feel safe and understood.

Cookie leads the day-to-day client support, assists with personal care, community access, household tasks, and provides one-on-one support with genuine kindness. She builds strong relationships with participants and families, creating a sense of stability and trust that makes Harmony Pathways feel like home.
